Frequently Asked Questions
You do not need an account to shop, but an account enables you to track purchases and order history. If you created a Spark Shop account prior to 1/13, your information is no longer stored and you will need to create a new account.

For orders placed AFTER 1/6/2025, please contact customer service by emailing sparkshop-cs@halo.com or by calling 866-890-1402. The customer service team is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST.

A. All in stock items are shipped approximately 24-48 hours after your order is received. Most Domestic US destinations are 2 - 4 day shipping.

For orders placed AFTER 1/6/2025, please contact customer service by emailing sparkshop-cs@halo.com or by calling 866-890-1402. The customer service team is available Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. The Customer Service team will review return options with you. We do not accept returns on custom orders, customized items or clearance items unless defective.

Q. I’m having trouble logging in, what do I do?A. Please contact our customer service team at sparkshop-cs@halo.com or call 866-890-1402. When emailing, it is advised to include any screenshots of errors you might see to help facilitate a speedy resolution.

For orders placed AFTER 1/6/2025, and your order was placed while logged in to your account, you can find the “View Orders” link in the account
section of the site. In addition, tracking information will be emailed to you once the item(s) has shipped. If your order was placed via the guest checkout, please contact the customer service team at sparkshop-cs@halo.com or call 866-890-1402.
