Frequently Asked Questions
You do not need an account to shop, but an account enables you to track purchases and order history. If you created a Spark Shop account prior to 1/13, your information is no longer stored and you will need to create a new account.
Q. How do I contact customer service regarding my order?
A. Please contact customer service by emailing sparkshop-cs@halo.com or by calling 866-890-1402. The customer service team is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST.
Q. What are my payment options?A. Sparkshop.com currently accepts credit card payments only. Future enhancement to enable payments by Purchase Order is in progress and will appear as a checkout option once completed.
Q. How can I change or cancel my order?A.A. Please contact customer service by emailing sparkshop-cs@halo.com or by calling 866-890-1402. The customer service team is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST.
Q. When will I get my order?A. All in stock items are shipped approximately 24-48 hours after your order is received. Most Domestic US destinations are 2 - 4 day shipping.
Q. If I had a Spark Shop account prior to 1/13, do I need to create a new account?A. Yes, we'd recommend creating a new account, so we have the latest information in our systems.
Q. What is the return policy?A. Please contact customer service by emailing sparkshop-cs@halo.com or by calling 866-890-1402. The customer service team is available Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. The Customer Service team will review return options with you. We do not accept returns on custom orders, customized items or clearance items unless defective.
Q. I forgot my password, how can I reset it?A. Passwords can be reset via the “Reset Password” link on the store log in page. Alternatively, reach out to the customer service team at sparkshop-cs@halo.com or call 866-890-1402.
Q. I’m having trouble logging in, what do I do?A. Please contact our customer service team at sparkshop-cs@halo.com or call 866-890-1402. When emailing, it is advised to include any screenshots of errors you might see to help facilitate a speedy resolution.
Q. How do I track my order?A. If your order was placed while logged in to your account, you can find the “View Orders” link in the account section of the site. In addition, tracking information will be emailed to you once the item(s) has shipped. If your order was placed via the guest checkout, please contact the customer service team at sparkshop-cs@halo.com or call 866-890-1402.
Q. How can I buy team specific merchandise?A. Team specific + ARG merchandise available on Spark Shop is currently on hold. In the meantime, please reach out our custom orders team by completing this order form to explore any custom orders for your team or initiative.
Q. Is Next day Air Saver a guaranteed service?A. Yes, UPS guarantees delivery by the end of the next day after shipping. If your package arrives late, please reach out to customer service for further details by emailing sparkshop-cs@halo.com or by calling 866-890-1402.
