Returns and Exchanges

Items purchased at can be returned and exchanged by mail within 30 days of purchase, unless stated otherwise in the product listing.

  • Monogrammed, personalized, and customized product can not be returned.
  • Clearance or customized items are non-refundable.
  • Items must be returned with the original manufacturer’s packaging and must not be worn or laundered.
  • A prepaid label is included in every shipment.  If you cannot locate the label, please call customer service to issue you another label.  ​
  • For missing or damaged return labels, please call customer service for a replacement return label.
  • Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment
  • Once we receive the item for return, our team will begin processing and then credit your account. This can take 5-7 business days. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. ​
