Yes, SparkShop.com is led by Walmart associates, providing branded items for Walmart associates. Our offices and warehouse are in Bentonville, Arkansas, the birthplace of Walmart.

DO YOU HAVE MY ITEM IN ANOTHER SIZE/COLOR?

SparkShop.com listings are connected to our in-stock information from our warehouse. If a size or color is not listed, it is unavailable at this time. But, keep checking, we update our stock often.

WILL SPARKSHOP.COM HAVE NEW MERCHANDISE SOON?

SparkShop.com is dedicated to providing great merchandise for our customers. This means constantly ordering new and exciting items! Check back often.

CAN I USE MY ASSOCIATE DISCOUNT?

Our prices are set as low as possible for our customers. Walmart associate discounts are not available at SparkShop.com at this time.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

A confirmation should have been sent to your email address upon completion of the order, and again when the order is shipped from our Arkansas warehouse. Tracking information is included in this notification. If you did not receive this information, contact our Customer Service team:

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the rare event that your order is processed incorrectly, or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace that item or accept it for a full refund. To replace your product, please contact SparkShop Customer Service:

You can then return your item using the label and form provided with your order.

WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN POLICIES?

Items can be returned free of charge for a full refund to the original form of payment within 90 days of the delivery date.
