ARE YOU AFFILIATED WITH WALMART?

Yes, SparkShop is led by Walmart associates, providing branded items to Walmart Associates. Our office is located in Bentonville, Arkansas, the birthplace of Walmart. We ship orders from warehouses in Bentonville, Arkansas and Saint Louis, Missouri.

DO YOU HAVE MY ITEM IN ANOTHER SIZE/COLOR?

SparkShop.com listings are connected to our warehouse. Our site lists live, current inventory. However, if you do not see a color or size, please feel free to contact our office. We are always here to help!

WILL SPARKSHOP.COM HAVE NEW MERCHANDISE SOON?

SparkShop.com is dedicated to providing great merchandise for our customers. This means constantly ordering new and exciting items! Check back often.

CAN I USE MY ASSOCIATE DISCOUNT?

Our prices are set as low as possible for our customers. Walmart associate discounts are not available at SparkShop.com at this time.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

A confirmation email will be sent when your order is entered. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation, which will list a FedEx tracking number.

Orders will be shipped from the following warehouses:

Apparel ships from St. Louis, Missouri.
Hats, Bags, Office Items, Gifts and Drinkware ships from Bentonville, Arkansas

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the rare event that your order is processed incorrectly, or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace that item or accept it for a full refund. To replace your product, please contact SparkShop Customer Service:

You can then return your item using the label and form provided with your order.

WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN POLICIES?

Most items purchased at SparkShop.com can be returned by mail within 30 days of purchase, unless stated otherwise in the product listing.

Clearance or customized items are non-refundable.

Items must be returned with the original manufacturer’s packaging and must not be worn or laundered. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least 30 days after your purchase.

Each purchase should arrive with a prepaid return label and return instruction form. If you have a question, please contact:

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR LARGE PURCHASES?

If a product offers bulk discounts, you will find it listed above “Add to cart” on each item.

CAN I USE A PURCHASE ORDER OR PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

Please note: A purchase order number and managements signature must be filled in on the Spark Order Form.

Your order will enter into production when SparkShop receives a management approved Purchase Order form.
